Brave Little Man

We had Nolan enrolled in a sports sampler class at the YMCA, in which he got to learn about and play a different sport each week.  Two of his little friends, Aiden, and Carson, were also in the class with him.  He really enjoyed it and had so much fun trying out each sport.  On Monday, he had his last class.  For the last class Coach Mark had the boys try out the rock climbing wall.  Nolan took one look at it and got really intimidated...but we convinced him to at least try on the gear and see how it worked.  Although he was very scared and unsure, he was so brave and gave it a try.  We are so proud of him for the little man he has become!!!
Such a big boy!!!

Really scared, but at least he tried!!!

Getting their certificate for completing the class:)!!

Oh Christmas Tree!!

We put our tree up a few days after Thanksgiving and the boys had a blast.  Nolan was sooooo excited to get all of the ornaments out and hang them on the tree.  And of course, whatever Nolan likes to do, so does Mason;).  We had a great time decorating and enjoyed watching the excitement on the boys' faces as we did so...especially when it was all done and we plugged the lights in...they were jumping up and down smiling and cheering!!!  Love this time of year and love my little men even more;)!!

First Snow!!!

On Wednesday, December 1st, we had our first snowfall!!!  We got about 4 inches, and the boys thought it was so great.  The looks on both of their faces in the morning when they woke up to see snow on the ground were absolutely priceless!!!  Mason stood in front of the window for at least 20 minutes yelling, "Snow, see...snow, see!?!?"  I am usually not a big fan of the snow, even though it is pretty...but to see the world through their eyes and the excitement on their faces even made me excited!!!  We played outside and had a great time.  Nolan wasn't afraid to jump right in, however, Mason didn't really know what to do, lol!!!  He spent most of the time standing in the driveway watching Nolan and I play.  I finally plopped him in the snow, but he still really wasn't too sure.  We had a lot of fun, making snow angels, snow balls, and snow castles.  I think it took as long to get all of us dressed as the actual amount of time we spent outside, lol!!!

Mason and his little snowsuit that he could barely move in...but he looked so darn cute!!!  And no, he's really not that wide;)!!
Nolan jumping right in!!!  Love that smile;)

Still unsure...look at the face;)

Thanksgiving

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we went to Matt's parents (Papa and Gramma Nunu), and celebrated with the Kennedy's.  We had a blast, and so did all of the kids...they played games, worked on puzzles, wrestled, and as usual, were crazy as ever!!!  The boys love spending time w/ their cousins, Aunt Beth and Uncle Jay, and Papa and Nunu...and of course so do we!!  The boys always have a great time and are all so fun to watch!!!

On Thursday, we stopped at Papa Rick and Grammy Tammy's, before heading over to my brother and sister-in-law's house.  I didn't have the camera w/, so I don't have any pictures from my Dad's house...however, we got to visit with them, as well as my Grandma Coleman and both of my step-sisters as well as their families!!  The pictures I have from my brother's house are mainly from my sister's camera...my Mom cooked the turkey dinner, and we celebrated w/ my sister Alicia, brother Matt and sister-in-law Lori, Lori's Dad Len, my Mom's friend Mike, and my Uncle Steve and Aunt Diane, along with my cousins Katie and Mark.  Both days were great, and we were very grateful to be able to spend time w/ most of the family.

We are so thankful for ALL of our wonderful family and friends.  Matt and I feel very blessed to have each other, as well as our handsome, special little men!!!
Putting puzzles together w/ Papa and Nunu...for some reason the boys all thought they needed their shirts off, lol:)
Aunt Beth, and baby Kolten...hamming it up for the camera!!  Such a big boy already!!
