We have had a busy fall, but it's been fun!!! Matt and I agree that fall is our favorite time of year, and our favorite time to be outside. We made a trip to Post Family Farm w/ the kids to pick out pumpkins, pet the farm animals, take a hayride, and the kids also rode the pumpkin train. It has sort of become tradition now for us to at least make one trip in the fall! Nolan was fortunate enough to also go w/ his class on a field trip. Originally he said he wanted Mom to go...but at the last minute he changed his mind and Daddy got to go w/ him instead...so I admit, I did pout to myself for a minute, lol:)!!
For Halloween this year Mason was a dragon and Nolan was a "dragonoid" from Bakugan. Charlie was snug as a bug in his carseat while we went trick or treating, so he just wore a little Halloween outfit. The boys were really excited to go trick or treating this year w/ Sage, Nolan's "girlfriend";), and baby Mallori...I think that Mason thinks Sage is his girlfriend also, lol!! We all had fun, adults and kids:), and I think next year will be even more fun when Charlie can participate also!
We also got to celebrate a special baptism this month for our very special friends Rita and DJ's twin baby girls, Ady & Aly. We were so glad to be a part of their special day!!! I have a couple pic's of Charlie w/ the girls afterwards. Between the VerHage twins and the Nyhuis baby girl being so close in age, Charlie will definitely have his hands full as he grows up;)!!
